James and Becca are gardeners and beekeepers living along the Gulf Coast in Pensacola, Florida. If you live here, you know that Northwest Florida offers some challenging growing conditions. We have the coldest winter temps of Florida and some of the hottest summers of Florida! There’s also a healthy insect, mold, mildew, fungus and bacteria population that almost never sleeps. 🙂
In 2011, we started keeping bees as well as a large summer and winter garden. The purpose of this blog is to chronicle our experiences/experiments in the out of doors. Hello James and Becca ! We are a like minded mother and daughter team who are opening a community resource center/ herb and aromatherapy store in Navarre. We will be offering workshops on many natural living topics taught by locals in the area to spread knowledge on living naturally. Would you be willing to come teach a sustainable gardening workshop one evening in September for autumn planting ? The cost of the workshop could cover your fuel expenses to get here if you like.
